How to place an order

We invite you to browse through our wide range of products on our Fantassy Luxury Bodycare Online Boutique. When you have selected the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Order”. 



You may purchase a variety of items during the entire experience buy clicking “Continue Shopping” once you have placed an order for a product.

Once you are sure of the products you desire, you can complete the order by clicking the “Checkout” button. This will direct you to an order summary for you to review. Incase, you wish to edit or add products to your basket, you may repeat the same process as mentioned above.

At the end of the Order summary you will be asked to choose from a variety of payment options and will additionally be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information.

Once you have successfully selected your payment mode, entered your shipping and billing details, your order will be processed and shipped to your desired address anywhere in the world (For deliveries outside India, taxes, duties and charges may differ).

Our Prices

The price mentioned on our website are current prices and subject to change without notice. You may have the option of paying in multiple currencies as mentioned on our website but the orders will be processed in Indian Rupees only (Exchange rates will be calculated on prevailing bank rates of the day of the transaction. Fantassy will not be responsible in deciding these rates).

Our products are subject to Taxes, Duties and VAT in India. All international shipping orders may attract local taxes and duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay accordingly.

Shipping Policy

We ensure that your orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing unit through our various partners thus minimizing handling and giving you a fresh product.

We are sure you will be excited to get your hands on a piece of Luxury and we will try to deliver them to you at the earliest. Thus, we request you to allow us time to deliver you our products.

For domestic deliveries

For international deliveries

- 14-21 working days

Fantassy takes no responsibility for goods accepted by an alternative person other from the person placing an order. Fantassy will not be held responsible for damage after delivery and acceptance. Claims, if any, must be reported to customer service within 24 hours from delivery.

The costs towards Shipping and handling may vary based on product, packaging, size, type etc. You will be made aware of these costs before you proceed for payments.

Returns

We ensure all our products are of high quality and we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Incase you are not happy with our product, we will refund the full amount of your purchase if the product is returned to us within 7 days from date of receipt of the product. You may contact our customer care service by quoting your order reference number and we shall do the rest. We would additionally request you to send us the receipt of your order along with the returned product.

Kindly note that we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges on products that are damaged. In case of exchanges, please allow up to 14 days to process the order.
